We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season.
Send us an email at vikandroopartyhire@gmail.com with the date, time, and location of your event, details of the bundle you would like, and your contact details. Once we've finalised details and availability with you we'll send a hire agreement via email along with an invoice for your deposit. Please return a signed copy of the hire agreement. Once your signed hire agreement and deposit has been received, a confirmation email will then be sent to secure your booking.
Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of £25 to secure your booking. The remaining balance is then due 14 days before your hire date. We will send you an invoice via email with payment details. Please see our cancellation policy for if any changes need to be made after this time.

We do recommend booking at the earliest opportunity, however we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. Contact us to see if we can help.
Our hire packages are for 4 hours although we aim to be flexible to suit our customer's needs. If your required hire time is different to these hours, please get in touch to see if we can help.
We are based in Greatworth, near Brackley. We cover Brackley, Banbury, Towcester and surrounding areas. There is no set distance that we cover up to. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Greatworth, a small delivery fee would be charged outside of this radius. Get in touch for more details.
We charge £1 per mile over the 10 mile radius from Greatworth.
Yes, we offer outdoor hire between 31st May and 31st August, subject to suitable weather and ground conditions. Outdoor setups must be on clean, level grass or an appropriate surface, and the area must be free from debris and hazards. As British weather can be unpredictable, we require a suitable indoor backup space in case outdoor setup is not possible on the day. If a suitable indoor option is not available and weather conditions are unsafe, the booking will unfortunately be unable to go ahead.

Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0 to 5 years. Perfect for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers to safely climb, explore, and play.
Yes. We have public liability insurance up to £1 million. However, please note that it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure there is responsible and suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it at all times. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
