Bookings & Payment
- A deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once your deposit has been received and we have sent you a confirmation email.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full payment is required 14 days prior to the event. Please notify us once full payment has been made; we will send you a confirmation email once this has been received.
- If a booking is made with less than 14 days until the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment is required by bank transfer.
Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds
- If Vik & Roo Party Hire cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued (including your booking fee).
- Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to 14 days before the event date.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the event will receive a full refund (minus the booking fee).
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Any attempt to reschedule within the final 14 days will be treated as a cancellation.
- Only the person named on the booking can request a cancellation or reschedule.
- If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you will need to:
1. Confirm by email using the same email address used whilst booking.
2. Wait for our confirmation email - this will be proof that your booking has been updated.
Delivery, Setup & Collection
- Equipment will be delivered and set up (if required) by us at an agreed time.
- Access must be clear and suitable for delivery.
- Collection will take place at the agreed time. Please ensure equipment is ready for collection and all soft play items are returned.
- Please ensure all balls are returned to their bag prior to collection.
Safety Rules
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- The recommended age range for soft play is up to 5 years old. Older children or adults must not use the equipment.
- No food, drink, chewing gum, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed on or near the equipment.
- Face paints, glitter, and messy play materials are also not permitted.
- Any damage caused through misuse, negligence, or lack of supervision may result in additional charges.
Responsibilities & Liability
- Vik and Roo Party Hire accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during hire where proper supervision has not been provided.
- The hirer (you) is responsible for the safety and behaviour of all children using the equipment.
- It is your responsibility to ensure adequate space, safe surroundings, and appropriate ground surfaces for setup and use.
- Vik and Roo Party Hire is not liable for any loss or damage to property or belongings during the hire period.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
- Any missing, broken, or damaged items will be charged at replacement value.
- Excessive cleaning (e.g. from food, drink, or prohibited items) may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Agreement
By booking with Vik and Roo Party Hire you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
